When it comes to relationships of sexual nature (dating, marriage) people believe that women are more demanding and more fussy in terms of their ideal partner. The truth is that both men and women are picky, demanding and fussy when it comes to picking what they perceive as their ideal partner.
People who believe that it is women, and not men, who are too picky and demanding overlook something basic: women are fussy about trivial things while men are fussy about important and concrete stuff.
Example(s): A woman has no qualms with saying “I want a man who has money”, or “I want a man who is good-looking for the sake of my (future) children”, or “I want a man with a big dick.”

A woman can be broke or unemployed or homeless or uneducated or not-goodlooking, as long as she’s known to keep her vagina out of the reach of a glut of penises, men will covet her and eventually wife her.
