Fundamentals of Music Business and Music Marketing
This course provides the foundation for understanding Music Business Management. It covers core concepts of the Music Industry. The material has been optimized for students who have experience in the business side of the music industry and have learned by doing it firsthand. The course will provide a formal framework for skills and knowledge that students may already have and help fill in some possible gaps.

Financial Management for Music Business
Management Topics relevant to a Music Manager. The course is designed for students who do not have a finance or business background. The skills should translate to basic budgeting and project planning and “ back-of-envelope” calculations. It will also cover key tax topics and personal finance.

Legal Topics in the Music Industry
The course will provide a practical understanding to Legal Topics in the Music Industry. It is designed for students with limited or no legal experience. It will provide students a functional and practical understanding of key legal principles specifically in the areas of Intellectual Property and Contract Law. The goal is that the knowledge gained will translate to clear Do’s and Don’ts on the part of the Music professional.

Ethics in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Reimagining Moral Agency
Theme: This interdisciplinary conference invites philosophical explorations of ethical frameworks for AI, machine learning, and autonomous systems. How do emerging technologies challenge traditional notions of moral responsibility, justice, and human agency? Submissions may address theoretical, applied, or policy-oriented approaches.
Suggested Topics:
AI and moral personhood: Can machines be ethical agents?
Algorithmic bias and structural injustice.
Privacy, surveillance, and digital autonomy.
Ethical implications of AI in warfare, healthcare, or education.
Virtue ethics, deontology, or utilitarianism in AI governance.
Submission Guidelines:
Abstracts: 500 words (for papers) or 1,000 words (for panels).
Full papers (if requested): 6,000–8,000 words.

The Boundaries of Knowledge: Truth, Belief, and Justification in a Post-Truth Era
Theme: This special issue of Global Epistemology Review seeks papers interrogating the nature of knowledge amid misinformation, epistemic relativism, and distrust in institutions. How can epistemology respond to challenges like “fake news,” conspiracy theories, or AI-generated content?
Suggested Topics:
Epistemic virtues/vices in digital communities.
Social epistemology and collective ignorance.
The role of trust in science, media, and democracy.
Skepticism, realism, and anti-realism in a polarized world.
Historical perspectives on truth crises (e.g., parallels to postmodernism).
